We are seeking an Administrative Assistant at Fort Wayne location to join our team! Candidates should be professional, polite, and responsive to meet the needs of the team and our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries and coordinate related arrangements
  • Attend meetings, record and distribute meeting minutes
  • Input invoices and other project and service related documents
  • Support team in achieving goals

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with knowledge of MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
